Pole Offerings

POLE/AERIAL TRIAL - Absolute Beginner (60min)

Pole Curious? This Trial Class is for You!
Curious about pole? Come try it out—no experience needed! This one-time trial class is the perfect way to dip your toes in, explore your movement style, and see what pole is all about in a fun, welcoming environment.


We’ll focus on the basics, celebrate what your body can do, and help you discover your natural strengths. Expect hype, encouragement, and maybe a new obsession. Whether you’re brand new or coming back after a break, this class is your chance to start strong and feel amazing doing it.

Runs twice a month (Thursday @ 7:15pm, Saturday @ 10am)

POLE ESSENTIALS - Absolute Beginner (60min)

New to Pole? Start Here!
These foundational classes are perfect for true beginners or anyone returning to pole after a break. You’ll develop essential skills, grow your strength, and set the stage for our other classes as you progress. Come as you are—we’ll take it from there.

Tuesdays @ 11am, Thursdays @ 11am & 6pm

EMBER FLOW - All Levels (60min)

Enter into a graceful journey into the art of pole dance on and off the pole with Ember Flow. Dedicated to cultivating fluidity and expression and designed for pole dance, this class is primarily sequence based. Placing a spotlight on the beauty of seamless movement, providing a welcoming environment all to explore and find their own flow.


Prerequisites: Basic spins, pirouettes, essentials terminology

Tuesdays @ 7:40pm

GRAVITY GAMES - High Beginner (60min)

This class bridges the gap between beginner and intermediate, focusing on clean execution, safe progression, and body awareness. Perfect for students who are comfortable with basic spins and transitions and are ready to start working on climbs, holds, and beginner inversions.

Saturdays @ 11:15am

WHIRLWIND (SPIN POLE) - High Beginner/Intermediate (60min)

Explore seamless transitions, dynamic sequences, and the mesmerizing flow that defines spin pole. Whirlwind encourages creativity and personal expression—inviting you to find your own rhythm within the spin.

Tuesdays @ 6:30pm

ELEVATE - High Beginner/Intermediate (60min)

Take your pole dance skills to new heights with "Elevate," our specially curated class for intermediate students. While primarily combo based, this exhilarating experience is crafted for those who have conquered the basics and are ready to explore the next level of artistry and strength in pole dancing.


Prerequisites: Inverts from floor, jasmine, proficiency with climbs, pole sit

Wednesdays - 6:30pm

BODY TALK - Mixed Level (60min)

Let your body do the talking in this dynamic, all-levels pole choreography class! Body Talk is all about expression, musicality, and exploring movement through a variety of styles — from slow and sultry to sharp and sassy, lyrical to hard-hitting.

Each week, a different instructor brings their unique flavor, giving you a fresh new vibe and choreography every time you step into class. Whether you're new to pole or a seasoned dancer, you’ll learn to connect movement with music, build confidence, and tell a story through your body.

Expect floorwork, pole transitions, and dance sequences that will challenge and inspire you — no prerequisites, just come ready to move, sweat, and slay.


Equipment: Socks, knee pads, heels (encouraged)
Prerequisites: Basic spins, pirouettes, pole sit, essentials terminology

Fridays @ 6pm

STRETCH & FLEX - All Levels (60min)

Ready to boost your flexibility, improve mobility, and feel amazing in your body? Our Stretch & Flex class is designed to help you increase your range of motion, build strength through stretching, and support your pole training — or simply help you feel more open and aligned in everyday life.

This all-levels class focuses on deep, active, and passive stretches for the whole body, with an emphasis on hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and back. Whether you're working toward your splits, improving your backbends, or just want to feel more limber, this class meets you where you are.


No experience or prerequisites required — just bring your body, an open mind, and a desire to move and grow!

Wednesdays @ 7:35pm

FLEXXX APPEAL (Strength & Conditioning) - All Levels (60min)

Get strong, feel powerful, and unlock your full potential in Flexxx Appeal — our signature strength and conditioning class designed specifically for pole and aerial artists.

This class blends targeted bodyweight training, functional movement, and pole-based drills to build the strength, endurance, and control you need to level up your skills. You'll be working both on and off the pole, focusing on core, grip, upper body, and active flexibility — everything that makes a strong, confident aerialist.

Whether you're prepping for inverts, building your base strength, or just want to feel badass in your body, all are welcome and encouraged to join!

Aerial Offerings

ADULT SLING - All Levels (60min)

Explore the beauty and strength of aerial sling in this class designed for adults of all levels. Learn to flow through the fabric with grace, building strength, flexibility, and confidence as you master new poses and sequences. Whether you’re new to aerial arts or looking to refine your skills, this class offers a fun and supportive environment to elevate your practice.

Fridays @ 7pm, Sundays @ 11am

ADULT LYRA - Beginner (60min)

Discover the art of aerial hoop in this beginner-friendly class designed for adults. Build strength, flexibility, and confidence as you learn foundational poses, transitions, and sequences on the lyra. Perfect for those new to aerial arts, this class offers a supportive environment to explore the hoop and develop your skills from the ground up.

Sundays @ 6pm

Open Studio / Open Gym (60min)

All welcome. Choose 1 of 10 available poles or any available aerial apparatuses. Open Pole is a designated practice time for students to work on pole elements they’ve learned in class. This session allows you to practice independently, refine skills, and explore new movements at your own pace. Use crash mats whenever possible for added safety.

The following will not be tolerated:

  • No attempting moves from YouTube, Instagram, or other video platforms.
  • Students may not teach or attempt to teach others.
